Signs leading to faith from Mr. Oktar's interviews
1- THE IMPORTANCE OF SIGNS LEADING TO FAITH
ADNAN OKTAR’S AHI TV (KIRŞEHIR) INTERVIEW (15 July 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: The works of Harun Yahya primarily target and emphasize the importance of signs leading to faith. Because it is very important for people’s faith to be strengthened before making any proposition to them. It is very important they should possess a powerful faith. And signs leading to faith are very important for such faith; in other words, the marvels of Allah in creation. Allah frequently says, (I take refuge in Allah from satan), “Do they not think, do they not reason?” in the Qur’an. The subject is also one that has been particularly emphasized by the great and holy scholar Bediuzzaman Said-i Nursi. It is a very, very important subject. For example, the Turkish nation has a high level of faith. We can see the excellent results of that faith everywhere. But they attach great importance to the signs leading to faith, see Allah’s artistry everywhere and are a people who are prepared to suffer. The Turkish nation is a suffering nation.
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (24 March 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: But he creates the exact same thing, and we are intertwined with Him. We are drunk with the love of Allah and take huge delight from all the images that Allah shows us. When He shows us the sea, do we not enjoy it, thinking that it is an image? In such a case we only see our own weakness and helplessness, and recognize that all strength lies with Allah. And from that, we see how easy [it will be for Allah to create] Paradise and Hell, and everything becomes a sign leading to faith for us. For example, this watch on my arm, that alone is sufficient to cause me to have faith. Even if I had no other evidence, I could just look at that watch. What is the power, who is it that creates this in my brain? Who could bestow such an image on me? That is, who can give me such an image? No technology or scientist, nothing can do that, because the technology and what we describe as the scientists out there are also things we watch on the monitors in our brains. Absolute power belongs to Allah. That is why a single glass is sufficient reason for us to believe. This makes everything into a sign leading to faith. In other words, for someone who realizes this, who knows this secret, not just insects, birds and animals but also all of technology represent signs leading to faith. And Allah says that the image on that day is sharp, that Paradise will be three-dimensional. The image of it will be even sharper. It will be sharper, but nevertheless still an image. Why does Allah has to be an image (May Allah forgive us) while the matter to be something absolute? Matter does exist on the outside, but it is a very slight thing on the outside. Indeed, scientists say that were it not for the structure of and system in the eye, matter would be transparent under normal circumstances. In other words, because of the structure of the atom, that is, for instance, there is a nucleus with electrons orbiting around it. Let us imagine that a structure, the nucleus, is here, while the electrons are revolving far away in Beyazıt, for instance. That is a hugely impressive distance. And that gap between them results in transparency. That is why matter does not assume the form we understand. That is how the eye sees it. The Sun has no light, for example. This is Allah’s glorious artistry and glorious evidence to cause people to have faith. In my view, this is the greatest miracle there has ever been. That is why our brothers must grasp its profundity. In other words, it is impossible for any rational person to possess that knowledge but still not believe. It is impossible for any ordinarily rational person not to believe once they have grasped this. They will believe, not 99%, but 100%. They will have 100% faith. And the result is a clear fear of Allah. A person will clearly comprehend Paradise and Hell and have 100% faith in their existence. This knowledge is a gateway.
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KACKAR TV (8 January 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The real issue in this world, our real job, is to earn Allah’s approval. That is why we come here. The reason for our presence in this world is to earn the approval of Allah and to serve Him. That is why Allah produces an environment of testing. He tests us with difficulties, sorrows, advantages, possession, our children, our peoples, our surroundings and all kinds of earthly desires. We will always respond sincerely to these and take decisions responding to Allah’s approval. That is what Allah wants to see. The signs leading to faith are very important in bringing that about, the proofs of Allah’s existence in other words, His artistry in the structure of a cell for example. When we show people Allah’s artistry in the existence of human beings, or in a spider, a bee, the structure of the atom or anything, they gain a better conception of the might and greatness of Allah and come to fear and love Him more.
2- REFLECTING ON ALLAH’S BLESSINGS ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW WITH KANAL 35 (7 February 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: For example, whenever we open any page of the Qur’an we are confronted by everything regarding the necessity of life. There will always be a pronouncement on that. For instance, let me read it. I take refuge in Allah from satan: It is He Who creates hanging and non-hanging gardens, dates and products with different tastes, olives and pomegranates, similar and dissimilar. Look how grape vines with hanging and non-hanging gardens appear before our eyes. Grapes, as you know, hang down in bunches weighing 40 kilos, 50 kilos, 20 or 10 kilos. They have delightful appearances; products with different tastes; as you see, every one tasting different. Different tastes is something breathtaking. I was doing some shopping the other day and mentioned to my friends how every vegetable has its own lovely taste and smell. And they are all bright and shiny, as if they had been varnished. Some are black and others bright green, and some are lovely, bright red. It is He Who creates them all similar and different. Eat of the products when they bear fruit and give them out on the day of harvest. Distribute them to people on harvest day. Let people eat plentifully of them. Do not waste. Waste is something very important. As you know, waste is one of the main causes of this current economic crisis. Allah tells us not to be wasteful. Because He does not love the profligate. What an excellent way of putting it. But look, It is also He Who creates beasts of burden and those that are used for their hides. Eat of those that Allah has given you as food and do not follow in satan’s footsteps. Because he is your declared foe. Look, Allah emphasizes it again. Eat of those that Allah has given you as food. Eat of those products, He says. But here again, eat of those things that Allah has given you as food. We like all these things very much. Every repetition of words of love, words of blessing, emphases and moral values delight us ever more. These are part of human nature. Allah bestows this as a blessing. Otherwise He could just have glossed over it once. But He insists on it over and again. It therefore remains better fixed in our minds. We comprehend it better. It leads us to reflect much more.
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW WITH TEMPO TV (24 December 2008)
ADNAN OKTAR: Of course people forget Allah’s blessings from time to time. Sight for instance; we currently see a bright and vivid world. I am now seeing a very clear, three-dimensional world, and furthermore I am seeing it in my brain. You are also seeing me in three dimensions and very clearly in your brain. The smell of perfume, for instance, is a lovely thing, a lemon fragrance is utterly delightful, or a scent of orange is an entirely different blessing. The sense of touch is a whole separate blessing. And hearing is another blessing all of its own. Allah has also created three-dimensional sound, a sound better than that on even the highest quality tape. In other words, nothing like the sound currently forming in my brain can form on even the world’s highest-quality and most advanced tape. Nor on the most advanced television. These are all very great blessings. Poets sometimes mention the blessings of Allah and describe their beauties and everything else. ADNAN OKTAR: Of course science can take advantage of the structure, depths, technical matters and beauty that Allah has created in the universe to make many new discoveries. If we tried to list these, that list would be never-ending. This is a whole separate miracle, of course, that the verses created by Allah and science should be so tightly inter-related. Because Allah says there will also be signs in the outside world. Verses, or signs, are not limited to the Qur’an alone. Allah says you will also see signs outside. He says you will see and recognize Alla’s signs, as we see and recognize them. PRESENTER: I think that is in Surah Yusuf.
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes.
PRESENTER: There are verses stating that there are so many signs in the world that they pass over many of them and fail to reflect on them. But there are many signs for those who look with the eyes of truth. Please go on...
ADNAN OKTAR: Let us imagine we are walking in the country, along a lane, if we look down we will see tiny ants, tiny insects, but really intelligent; for example, we will see the magnificent movement of a spider. If we hold it with something and then leave it from some height, we will watch it descend on that very thin thread, just like an elevator. If it doesn’t like what it finds, it will start consuming that delicate thread it has produced, climbing up again really fast. Then if it gets bored it will come down again, really fast. As you know, spiders produce a special thread for all occasions.
3- THE CREATION OF THE UNIVERSE
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KRAL KARADENIZ TV (30 March 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Fred Allen Wolf from California University: In fact he says that more than 99 percent of the universe is nothing. It continues as 99.9999%. “Bearing in mind that the universe is expanding at an astonishing speed, more nothing is coming into existence than there was previously.” In other words, he is saying that the universe is normally transparent. All scientists agree on this.
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KRAL KARADENIZ TV (13 March 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Their greatest fantasy was the way they said that matter was without beginning or end. But then they saw that matter did have a beginning. That was realized with the Big Bang theory. They saw that their claims were totally unfounded. They now say that the universe came into being 5 or 10 billion years ago, when something with zero volume and infinite density exploded, out of nothing. What does the Qur’an say? It says it came into being out of nothing. What does zero volume mean? It means it has zero volume, it has no volume whatsoever. There is no volume, what would you understand by that? [We understand that] It has no volume, right? Something has either a volume [or not]. At least as much as that pin head over there. Zero volume means having no volume at all. They say the universe came into being out of something that has never existed. That is the end of the matter. If you say that, then you will admit that there is but one Allah, and there exists nothing else to say, insha’Allah.
4- MIRACLES IN THE HUMAN BODY; THE LIVER
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KANAL 35 (25 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Liver is a world on its own. I mean even if all the people of the world could gather they would fail to show the intelligence of the liver. The total intelligence of all the people of the world would not measure up to the intelligence seen in the liver. For instance; iron comes to the liver. It collects the iron atoms and accommodates them as needed. It preserves the iron just in case it might be needed. It sees a deficiency in the body, it says “there is a deficiency there, let’s take it from here and send it there,” instantly. It informs the warehouse officers and they come up to collect the iron. How can you be able to distinguish the iron atom, it is pitch black inside the liver. Iron is an atom, I mean what does it mean to differentiate an atom, do think about that. I mean it should be as big as an atom and should possess an incredible intelligence. It would just feel the atom and would say that is an iron atom. It should be able to see, I mean how do you know what is that atom? An iron atom, it takes it. Gives it to blood and distributes it. For instance it stocks the sugar, when there is a deficiency, it recognizes the lack of that substance and sends it out. For instance when there is a poisonous substance, “this is a very dangerous substance” it says, “let me break this into pieces in the blood, let me defuse it.” Where do you get this knowledge from? It recognizes all kinds of substances, all chemical materials Masha’Allah.
5- MIRACLES IN THE HUMAN BODY; THE SENSE OF SMELL
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON BASKENT TV (24 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Masha’Allah, of course a chemical gas forms on the outside. That is, for example, also the case with a rose. The rose emits a chemical gas, and that reaches our noses, where it turns into an electric current. That current comes to our brains and we perceive it as a delightful fragrance. But there is no fragrance on the outside, only that chemical gas. Our brains interpret the scent of the rose, meaning that Allah creates it, He creates the perfume.
6- MIRACLES IN THE HUMAN BODY; DNA
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (9 March 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: DNA is such a marvelous thing. It displays the wisdom of Allah. Look, this is a DNA helix. All the data concerning living things are encoded inside it, just like a library. Millions, billions of pieces of information are encoded.
A special enzyme arrives before the copying in order to divide the DNA strip into two. First of all how does that enzyme decide to split the DNA into two? That is a miracle of Allah’s. Masha’Allah. Some people imagine it can do it by itself, but there is no logic to that. A sublime consciousness is obviously required. Otherwise, why should it take that decision to split it into two, one requiring a very careful splitting process? DNA is a very delicate structure, and would otherwise be destroyed. It begins splitting the DNA up, just as like a pair of scissors. This enzyme, shown in orange, opens up the arms of the DNA helix just like a zipper. And it continues right along the line. Look, it is still opening it up here, from both sides. It opens and opens and opens. The enzyme shown in green holds both ends of the DNA stable to stop them winding round one another again. To stop the DNA reforming. Look, one team stops the parts that have been split up winding back together again, and these things are enzymes.
For one thing, a person would need eyes and ears. It would need to decide to cling onto it to stop it reforming. It would need arms and to be able to see it. The inside of the human body is pitch dark. The inside of the human flesh. Think of the life inside the flesh. Think of life inside the human body. Thinking of inside the human blood vessels, there is no light in them. Moreover they have neither eyes nor ears. How do they know the strands will try to coil round one another again and that they have to hold onto the ends? How do they know the strands have to be cut right down the middle? At this point, another enzyme adds the requisite information in the face of the two DNA strands. And that information is utterly extraordinary.
This, each one of them, is the information that describes a respective human characteristic. They correspond every each item to their counterparts. How do these components know that they have to line the strands up, which is another issue, and what is then built from them? How do they know that the correct part has been brought in by the same component? The construction of that component is a most mysterious matter, for which there is no explanation. They bring in the exact corresponding strip to that in the helix, in a perfectly regular manner, and line them up, match them up, perfectly regularly to make another strand.
Following the DNA replication, error identification begins. A specially charged enzyme checks every stage in the DNA chain, one by one, looking to see if an error has crept in anywhere. But how does it know whether an error has occurred?
If there is an error it identifies it, removes it and says that an incorrect component has arisen. These identify mistakes as if an error, the wrong book, had found its way into a human library. They then remove that wrong book. But how does it know that the component is wrong? And then, another enzyme brings the correct component into the space left behind and installs it there. This new enzyme, the third one, identifies the breakage in the DNA chain and brings in the correct material to repair it. It closes up and repairs the upper strand. After that... and that is just one stage out of millions in the human body. This is a very small part of the whole. Darwinists try and explain it in terms of chance. They say it all came about by chance.
PRESENTER: What you have described proves how irrational the idea that it happened by chance is. Even my brain gave up trying to comprehend it as you talked about it. The idea that this whole succession of extraordinary phenomena took place by chance... ADNAN OKTAR: …an enzyme, a molecule has no eyebrows or eyes. What can it understand or know? This requires an extraordinary brain, extraordinary research and expertise... even a scientist would be mused if you asked them to do that job. They would get the locations mixed up and would be unable to build such a thing if you told them to. That is, they would be unable to produce even that first component. By casting an eye over the strand... nobody could put the connection between two components in place. How does it know which substance to put in there and build? Or how does it know which book needs to be put into the library? The mind is unable to grasp such things. This is just one of Allah’s trillions of marvels in the human body.
7- MIRACLES IN THE HUMAN BODY; THE COCCYX AND THE APPENDIX
ADNAN OKTAR'S NATIONAL NEWSPAPER (UAE) INTERVIEW (28 March 2009)
The coccyx is an attachment point for various muscles and is very important. It also protects the body against external shocks. That part of the body protects the region and a number of vitally important organs. It also serves a protective function in terms of elasticity, and such a structure is therefore essential at that point. The body would suffer if it were absent. Various muscles in the body would have nothing to attach themselves to. And that region could be damaged by any shock or blow from the outside. The appendix secretes mucus and serves important functions for the intestines. It is now emerging how various organs serve hitherto unknown purposes or provide hitherto unknown benefits. People have now understood that the tonsils have an important role to play in the immune system, that they strengthen the body’s defenses, that they are organs that increase resistance to micro-organisms. They used to be regarded as inessential, but we now know that they are very necessary. In the same way, the appendix is also a very important organ, one that secretes mucus.
8- MIRACLES IN THE HUMAN BODY; CELLS
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (19 January 2009)
When we examine the cell it takes one’s breath away. The human cell is just like a city. It reminds one of Istanbul. That is the kind of organization it has. It amazes one. And amazement enhances our closeness to Allah. And our fear of Allah. And as our fear of Allah rises, so does the scrupulousness nature of our adherence to Islam. And we become impeccably virtuous.
9- THE MIRACLES IN THE HUMAN EYE
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON VATAN TV (2 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Various complicated devices are generally used in order to produce a tool, but Almighty Allah can create very easily. For example, there is a television system in the human eye, but the tools used are very very simple. An eye is used, some nerves and a tiny piece of flesh the size of a lentil, but within that system we see a three-dimensional world in our brains, in that most advanced television system. No company, neither Philips nor any other company has so far managed to match the high-quality image in our brains. Take a look at all the television producers in the world; none of them has ever been able to achieve the clarity of image that forms in our brains. And a great many devices and complex technical equipment are used. But they still cannot accomplish it. But the material used by Allah is very simple, the eye, a piece of flesh, a tiny, short nerve and a piece of flesh the size of a lentil. The result is a glorious image. Image transmission was possible with a much simpler technology in the time of the Prophet Sulayman (as). But that has been forgotten and much more difficult and complex technologies are used instead.
10- THE MIRACLES IN ANIMALS’ EYES
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KOCAELI TV (30 April 2009)
PRESENTER: Yes , now we are watching our VTR, our friends have prepared one telling us about the miracle in the eyes of the bee.
ADNAN OKTAR: Masha’Allah, see how Allah had laid them like pearls one by one, each of them is a separate lens. PRESENTER: Each one has a distinct feature
ADNAN OKTAR: Of course, Masha’Allah thousands of lenses, I mean each one of them displays a separate art.
ADNAN OKTAR: If you tried to have such a small lens produced in a factory, they could not do it.
ADNAN OKTAR: Thousands of orderly flawless eyes laid side by side. Every one of them is a separate eye and they all combine in a single nerve in the brain and enter the brain and thus they are able to see everywhere.
ADNAN OKTAR: Dragonfly eyes are the same, see the big balloon like eyes, it is so cute.
PRESENTER: Yes, these are of course details that have been photographed with really advanced technology.
ADNAN OKTAR: Masha’Allah eyes are a separate art, look, look do you see how beautiful it is, very very beautiful Masha’Allah. Here its beauty is seen with all its glory insha’Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR: It can see everywhere, I mean the bottom, the up, that is to say they are not like us, we can only see what is in front of us, these are not like this.
PRESENTER: Yes and it has inspired the planes.
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, their technique is used in the helicopter technology, the technique used by these cute creatures.
ADNAN OKTAR: Look, do you see how orderly the lenses are.
PRESENTER: Yes indeed.
ADNAN OKTAR: And these cute creatures are very fond of cleaning, they are continuously cleaning their body here and there, they clean their heads and then they clean their paws, their feet.
PRESENTER: They clean their eyes.
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, they are cleaning their eyes, and they all are clean as a whistle, spotless clean.
PRESENTER: Lobsters for instance, the eyes of the shrimps these are extra ordinary as well.
ADNAN OKTAR: They are so funny and sweet.
PRESENTER: The magnificent creatures of the underwater. See it says the bug with 56.000 eyes.
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, Masha’Allah. Masha’Allah these are proofs that would upset the evolutionists.
ADNAN OKTAR: And those all have fossils aging millions of years and they haven’t been changed at all since then.
ADNAN OKTAR: See Profesor Celal. If he is watching, plainly he wouldn’t miss it.
PRESENTER: Certainly, he is certainly watching I believe.
ADNAN OKTAR: Because his hour has come, the hour for his lesson, I do feel that he is watching attentively. For instance; the eyes of the trilobites. The eyes of the trilobites existed during the times the evolutionists claimed that the initial signs of the alleged evolution of the eyes had started. They were perfect, just like the eyes of this dragonfly, excellent they both had the crystal structures and angles of view. They are ultimately beautiful.
PRESENTER: The fossils acquired are perfect anyway.
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes of course, it is the same, see how orderly it is, how well proportioned. The Darwinists with their pretentious wisdom claim that while this eye was being formed there were crystal particles on the ground and the animal was collecting them one by one and sticking them on his eyes and thus the eyes are formed. What can one discuss with someone employing such a logic?
PRESENTER: Yes, the level is apparent.
ADNAN OKTAR: What can be said to such people?
11- THE GOLDEN RATIO
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (15 April 2009) ADNAN OKTAR: …There is a golden ratio in human beings, other living things, plants and everything. There is a ratio of 1.6. Allah employs it. There is mathematical regularity and geometric accuracy everywhere, and the whole universe is built on that perfect system. ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KANAL 35 (11 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: For instance, there is a golden ratio in this rose. Allah has created it with a perfect system, beauty and aesthetics masha’Allah.
ADNAN OKTAR: Masha’Allah. Look how lovely that is. And look, the golden ratio reveals itself here, too. There is a glorious, technical beauty and a mathematical regularity in all created things. There is a mathematical system in the whole universe. Almighty Allah uses symmetry, in other words geometry, and mathematics in all the universe and all living things. PRESENTER: You can access detailed information on the subject from the http://www.harunyahya.com/articles/70golden_ratio.html web site. ADNAN OKTAR: Look, there is a complete golden ratio in this cute little thing. There is a glorious technical regularity. What a lovely thing it is, masha’Allah. ADNAN OKTAR: Of course there is a technical regularity in all of them. And also in human beings. They are completely symmetrical, right down the middle. People can see that in any seed or any plant.
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON AKS TV (14 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: For example, there is golden ratio in the middle of every daisy and everything. That can be seen in all living things. For example, a pine cone has 8 left-handed spirals and 13 right-handed. Divide the one by the other and you have the golden ratio, 1.6. The proportion of 1.6 exists everywhere. Allah produces such a mathematical, technical regularity, and this is a great miracle.
PRESENTER: A divine equilibrium... ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, it is in all living things. Allah uses it as a measure in the human face and body. Look, 1.6 manifests itself everywhere, and this is a huge, huge miracle.
PRESENTER: A very great miracle.
ADNAN OKTAR: ... Look at everything. It is a measure Allah uses in insects, birds, leaves, trees and everywhere. There are 8 left-hand spirals in a species of cauliflower and 13 left-hand. Divide the one by the other and you have the golden ratio, 1.6. Look, there is a flawless mathematical proportion in the sequence of chicory seeds that fly in the wind. You can see it everywhere, in fruit and flowers. The golden ratio is used everywhere. It is a truly great miracle. In the Qur’an, Almighty Allah says, “We have created everything with a measure.” That measure is used in plants and all living things. This is something people are generally unaware of, something very important but unfamiliar.
PRESENTER: Yes, it is very interesting and a great miracle... ADNAN OKTAR: In snowflakes, for instance, there is a mathematical regularity in everything. You can see the golden ratio is the same everywhere, 1.618.
12- THE HONEY BEE ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (2 March 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The creature can be seen secreting wax in the photo in the form of very fine layers beneath its stomach. The wax is secreted in transparent plates. When the wax comes into contact with the air it hardens in the form of tiny scales and the wax is stored in pockets. They also have pockets. PRESENTER:Bees? ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, the wax is stored in their pockets. The worker bee extracts the scales of wax from the pockets using a hook on its back legs and carries them to its lower jaw. Look at the intelligence in the animal, all those stages. First of all, Allah has established such a system underneath it and it secretes it like chipboard; it goes through all these stages. Thanks to a special secretion in its saliva it chews the wax and makes it pliable. Look at all the work the animal puts in. They then add this wax to the comb in the form of round cells. The bees then thin the wax walls out, making them all of an equal thickness and giving them the form of hexagonal cells. Look how they do that by moistening it, plastering the cells individually and one by one, and never making a mistake with the angles. It does this really regularly with not a millimeter of error. As you know, they begin constructing the cells from either side, meeting in the middle. PRESENTER:So they work from the outside in? ADNAN OKTAR:From the outside, of course. They begin construction from the two edges. Then they bring the two sides together and meet in the middle. In other words, if a human being were in the size of a bee, it could never do what the bee does, even if he were given all the available means, not even in 10 years. ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, many bees work together in shaping the cells and shape the wax using their heads, feet and bodies. They use all their organs together, just like plasterers. PRESENTER: In a sense, they are like builders.
ADNAN OKTAR: They work simultaneously, using their heads, feet and bodies. When the worker’s wax-making period comes to an end, the structure of wax sacs on its stomach collapse and become just a flat layer of cells. The animal then stops secreting the substance. ADNAN OKTAR:The platelets from the bee’s stomach are around 3 mm long and 0.1 mm thick. Some 80,000 platelets are needed for a single comb. The cell walls are always of the same thickness and always at an angle of 120 degrees to one another. There is never any deviation in the angles. The most perfect angles have been calculated, the most immaculate mathematical calculations. They always make them 120 degrees, never 130 degrees or 140 degrees. It is always 120 degrees. It takes around 4 minutes for a bee to extract a wax platelet, chew it up and stick it to the comb. Some 150 bees have to work together to make 1 kg of wax. And they have to consume 6-8 kg of honey to make 1 kg of wax. Because they use the sugar contained in the honey in their secretor glands. Here is the animal’s sting… PRESENTER:The weapon they use against us? ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, on the underside. PRESENTER:So a tiny bee does everything you have described? ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, masha’Allah, PRESENTER:This indicates a glorious creation and majesty. ADNAN OKTAR:Masha’Allah, these are those wax platelets. They check everything separately with those sensors. Honeybees’ eyes see extremely well. Then the babies have to be fed several times a day. They give them royal jelly one by one. After fattening them on royal jelly they then make bread for them. They then begin feeding them with that. In other words, miracle after miracle takes place. It is breathtaking. They first feed them with royal jelly, then with that bread.
ADNAN OKTAR:How do they know the young will be fattened up and grow? How do they know the bread will fatten them up, the bee bread? That is why they feed them on that. PRESENTER:So these tiny animals are just one proof of an immaculate creation?
ADNAN OKTAR:Wherever we look we see these marvels of Allah. They post sentries on both sides of the hive. They do not allow any foreign bees in. They immediately recognize intruders and jump on them. If an intruder bee refuses to leave they poison and kill it. If they cannot expel the body, if it is very heavy, they cover it in a substance that has antibiotic properties, and the animal is preserved without going off. If the hive overheats they begin beating their wings together to cool it down. They stop the honey melting.
ADNAN OKTAR:It is delightful how they are so altruistic, so industrious, so well behaved and so cute. Their venom is another matter. They head straight for whatever it is they have taken a dislike to...
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KRAL KARADENIZ TV (27 March 2009) ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, bees are really sweet creatures. And look at from close up with all that fur. And they are really well behaved and brought up. Take the combs. They begin in the different corners. They build those famous, tiny hexagons, fill them up and move on. Then work inward from the four corners and meet in the middle. PRESENTER:So nobody needs to tell them to stop as it has gone wrong. ADNAN OKTAR: This is a very great miracle. Look, they start from four different corners and the hexagons, entirely regular and perfect, meet in the middle. It is perfect. The angles are perfect and they fill the cells up perfectly with honey. They fill them up in such a way that they never overflow. They put a little bit and then smear, and put a little bit more and when they are entirely full they close them up. PRESENTER:One could not do as good a job even using a pencil. ADNAN OKTAR:That is impossible. It would be impossible to get those angles right. The angles of those hexagons. They have no compasses or set squares, no protractors, nothing. How could we do that? PRESENTER:Where did they learn that from? ADNAN OKTAR:Masha’Allah, Alhamdulillah. This is a great miracle. Allah says that He has revealed it. PRESENTER:The systems in their own bodies, their working systems, it is very interesting. ADNAN OKTAR: Builders are like that. They use gravel and this and that, but they still cannot get the angles exactly spot on. They are razor-sharp. They have to use really precise equipment. Otherwise it is impossible to get the angle spot on. Every each cell has the same perfect angles. They are all the same down to the last millimeter, and all have the same depth. The bees work just like architects, but the very best trained architects. The wax emerges in platelets from those sacs on their undersides. It is wonderfully organized. Then there is the venom to the rear. And if anyone tries to harm them they go in with the sting.
PRESENTER:: Do the honey and the venom never get mixed up? ADNAN OKTAR:No. They make the honey perfect. They take the sugared water, the nectar, from the flowers and turn it into honey, and they store it away, bit by bit. And they make much more than they need, masha’Allah. They only need a very small part of it.
ADNAN OKTAR:They way they feed their young is something else. They keep tabs on each and every one. They become fully grown at just the right moment, masha’Allah, and develop very fast. Every state of these sweet animals, everything about them, is a miracle. They show each other in which direction flowers lie by dancing. Their fellow bees gather around them. The bee then performs a special dance taking the Sun as their reference point. This has been comprehensively established by scientists, who have filmed how they do it. Anyone logging on to the relevant section of the www.harunyahya.org web site can see this. There are films taken by scientists, by biologists or zoologists, or entomologists. If you teach that dance to a human being, tell him, he would not be able to do it. But those animals go off and locate the flowers through that dance, by dancing. There are so many marvelous things about bees, not just one or two. For example, if a hornet gets into the hive... PRESENTER:Or their ways of communicating. ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, when they realize there is going to be a hornet attack, which they can tell from the scent the hornet brings with it, they all gather around it and vibrate their bodies, thus raising their body temperatures. The temperature in the hive goes up enormously and the hornet is unable to withstand it and dies. Just look at the technique. ADNAN OKTAR:If they cannot throw the dead body out, they cover it in an antiseptic substance. They mummify it so it does not rot and decay there. ADNAN OKTAR:I could go on listing these marvels of bees until morning. Their brains are no larger than the head of a pin, or even smaller. Their brains are really tiny. Yet they perform marvels. Allah uses them as His instrument, masha’Allah. PRESENTER: The program given them is flawless. ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, masha’Allah. PRESENTER:That communication among them is very interesting. If I am not mistaken, this should be the case with butterflies; scientists have eliminated all external factors when they need to reach a target flower, but they still both make their way to it in time. ADNAN OKTAR:And honey bees are really cute to look at. Their eyes are made up of thousands of cells, each with a separate lens and incredibly regular. They are really top-quality lenses. The images are collected really well, all the images are collected, inverse images are restored the right way round in that lovely brain and then the animal begins seeing really well. Its external appearance is really stunning. And that tiny proboscis and everything.
13- THE ATOM
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (31 March 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: There are protons and neutrons in the nuclei of atoms. As we can see from the name, neutrons have a neutral charge, while protons have a positive charge. Electrons revolve in their external orbits, but at an unbelievable speed and regularity, never hitting one another. ADNAN OKTAR: Of course. There is a glorious mathematical system. I mean, for instance, a hundred electrons may revolve around the nucleus but never bang into one another. The nucleus and electrons should normally amalgamate together. The protons and electrons should stick together. People claim that the centrifugal force arising as they revolve at high speed stops them doing that. OK, let us accept that centrifugal force stops them all colliding together, but I in my opinion it is created as a miracle. This is not a reasonable explanation. Not reasonable at all. ADNAN OKTAR: For one thing, there is no explanation for the energy involved in their revolving around one another for millions of years. This is a huge miracle. They have been revolving round one another as long as the Earth has been around. The process started and the revolution has been continuing, magnificently and at the very highest speed, ever since. They orbit at a speed of 50,000 revolutions a second. That means a huge force, and they never stray from their paths. Let us consider the iron atom. Someone hits it with a hammer. Under normal conditions the electrons in it should fly apart under the effect of centrifugal force. But in no way does it get affected by it. Allah has brought it into being with a huge power. There is a complete void between them. Indeed, that is what scientists say. They say that the eye perceives matter as a solid whole, but that is not actually the case at all. Scientists say that matter is transparent. Because there is so much empty space between the proton and the nucleus, between the nucleus and the electron. It is as if the nucleus is here and the electron is as far away as the Bahçelievler district of Istanbul [2 different locations one on the Asian and the other on the European Side of Istanbul]. That is the kind of amazing distance. That is why matter in fact has a transparent structure. Scientists say we can effectively disregard what is on the outside; it is 99.9% empty. But scientists say the eye perceives it as solid. They say there is no light outside [of our brains]. Only light waves. But that is how the eye perceives it, they say. How the brain perceives it. They say there is no sound on the outside [of our brains], only sound waves. But that is again how the brain perceives it. That is how it perceives matter. And they say there is no time on the outside. That is just how the brain perceives time, they say. There is also no time outside. That establishes a really marvelous and metaphysical state of affairs. It is really, really astonishing. This regularity in the atom, this extraordinary effort it makes which has no petrol or anything to run on. Atoms receive no energy from anywhere. They have been set in motion and never stray from their paths. How can this happen? Eighty or ninety electrons all revolve around a tiny nucleus, 50,000 times a second, at a speed of thousands of kilometers an hour. But they never normally hit one another. All people regard this as if this is something very ordinary. Just a single atom is a very great miracle. For instance, we are currently touching this object. But touching is not possible. There is actually no touching going on at all. There is repulsion in the structure of atoms. When we touch something, for instance, the electrons in our finger tips and those out there repel one another. But we never make direct contact with what we are touching. This feeling of touch stems from one of repulsion. That is, it stems from repulsion. We perceive that feeling of touch because of repulsion. This is not something that is very well known. In other words, no two pieces of matter can touch one another, as they repel one another. We touched here, a sensation of touch formed, but that stemmed from repulsion. It stems from a powerful sense of repulsion. We imagine we touch things. But we really don’t. Allah has created such wondrous things to bring this about. If people could see at the very smallest, most minute level, just the structure of the atom would easily be sufficient to lead people to faith.
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON VATAN TV (2 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR:And this shows the system of the atom. Look, there are protons and neutrons at its center. The electrons revolve around it. They go round it 50,000 times a second. They revolve at a speed of 150 thousand km/hour. People talk about that as if it is something very simple. But they have been moving at the same amazing speed since the world was created. They have no petrol or diesel or electricity or anything else. They continue within that force that Allah has given them, and will do so until Doomsday. Protons and neutrons hold onto one another. Meanwhile, there are tiny sub-particles that join them to one another. There may be up to 100 electrons, more than 100. But they all keep moving at that incredible speed of 50,000 km/second, going around 50 thousand times at a speed of 150 thousand kilometers and never crash into one another. ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON EKIN TV (19 January 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, the atom. Now, it has a nucleus in the center. Let us imagine there is a small melon here and an electron in the Silivri district of Istanbul whizzing round it 50,000 times a second, and it never strays from its path, not even if you hit it with a hammer. Think of the size of the atom and the power of its energy. It goes around the nucleus 50,000 times a second and not even a hammer blow is enough to put it off course. That alone is a very, very great miracle. Because it is a very delicate matter. Why should the electron revolve? Why should it go round 50,000 times? Why should it be so tightly bound to the nucleus? And where does its energy come from? The electron has been revolving for millions of years, and it keeps on turning. PRESENTER: Do you think it is a repetition of the name of Allah? ADNAN OKTAR:Of course. Almighty Allah tells us that we cannot hear it, but every living thing repeats the name of Allah. 14- THE ANT
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KRAL KARADENIZ TV (12 April 2009) PRESENTER: And Mr. Oktar will talk on it, yes Mr. Oktar would you look at what this little creatures are doing? Look how it has shouldered an object that is many times bigger than its size.
ADNAN OKTAR:Look how fast it is MashaAllah. It is as if carrying a 250 kg when compared to its own body, I mean what this little thing is doing is like carrying such a weight and running with it. Look how studious it is with his little body.
PRESENTER: A lot, it is just like a campaign I mean, they are carrying the same sorts of leaves.
ADNAN OKTAR :Moreover the ants, the leaf cutting ants, these are ants whose most distinct feature is their habit of carrying the piece of leaves above their heads to their nests. They shoulder the leafs and carry them. If a comparison is to be made what an ant is doing is like a man running 1 km with a 250 kg load on him in 2,5 minutes. During this process approximately 500 thousand ants are acting as if they have one single brain. These ants do not eat these leaves they cut from the trees because the ants feed only on a specific type of mushroom. Look how vigilant they are. The ants are using these leaves as raw materials for agricultural purposes. They are going to cultivate mushrooms with these raw materials. And they establish hundreds of mushroom plantations within their nests and they use these leaves. The leaf cutting mechanism in the jaws of these leaf cutting ants consists of two knives. The Almighty Allah had coated the knives with zinc for extra sharpness . I mean this is something that had been determined in laboratory, their little zinc coated saws. A specific organ below the head of the ant emits high frequency audio waves, this emission is transferred to the leaves through the knives and these audio waves cause the leaves to become more fragile and easier to be cut, and these little creatures chop them off instantly with a crackling sound. PRESENTER :And the shape of the leaves they cut are almost always the same, I mean they just take the part that is necessary for them.
ADNAN OKTAR: Masha’Allah.
PRESENTER:As I understand they do not take the part that is not necessary for them,
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes
15- SPLASH TETRA FISH
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KOCAELI TV (23 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, that is it.
PRESENTER: Yes the Splash Tetra is on the screen at the moment. What do we have to say about it?
ADNAN OKTAR: These lovely beings now, both the female and the male jump for the leaf simultaneously. The female leaves her eggs there. The male inseminates the eggs.
PRESENTER: That is really interesting. Look at it now, is it in slow motion now? Is this the female one on screen now?
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes this one leaves the eggs. She leaves her eggs in the instant she jumps to the leaf. And that one inseminates them. They do this over and over again, repeatedly. After reaching a specific number, they stop doing this. See how both of them are jumping at the same instant, do you see them? Masha’Allah. I mean how do you know that you have to stick them on the leaf there, and how does the other one know that he should inseminate them? Afterwards, after sticking them on the leaf, she leaves them wet by splashing water on them from the bottom.
PRESENTER:That is to keep them humid.
ADNAN OKTAR: Yes they ensure that the eggs remain humid.
PRESENTER:But while she is turning back now, I don’t know if it is possible for us to show it again, but now we see the inseminated eggs on the screen, they are turning back on the water as if they are baling.
ADNAN OKTAR:Look, do you see that this little cute creature is wetting them. I mean they are busy on a steady wetting activity. I mean how would it know that the eggs are there? How do you know that they need to be wetted? Masha’Allah.
16- BOMBARDIER BEETLE
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KANAL 35 (18 April 2009)
PRESENTER: Let us ask our friends if our video on the bombardier beetle is ready, please let us watch that video on the bombardier beetle and I would like to talk about it afterwards. We have discussed this in our previous programs. That is on the screen now, what can we say if we were to examine this. We had talked about it before and I have listened to your explanations in amazement.
ADNAN OKTAR: The bombardier beetle, see it is defending itself now. There is a burning chamber in its body which creates a sudden explosion in 100 degrees temperature. This incident takes place in that chamber and thus the beetle deactivates its foe. The temperature inside the body reaches to 100 degrees. The beetle mixes two chemical materials in the burning chamber it has in its body, there is the burning chamber and this mixture explodes in that chamber causing a sudden explosion. It hits its foe instantly with that and thus protects itself. This doesn’t harm the beetle itself but it is a system harming the other party.
ADNAN OKTAR: The chemical materials within its body are highly dangerous, I mean dangerous for its own body.
ADNAN OKTAR: And what happens inside that burning chamber should actually burn that animal completely. ADNAN OKTAR: I mean that explosion takes place inside the body anyway. That burning happens inside the body as well. And the result exterminates the other party by burning it anyway. But it doesn’t harm itself and our dear Professor Celal Şengör believes that this can happen through evolution. I mean what can I say to such a claim at this point?
17- THE HUMMING BIRD ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON AKS TV (14 April 2009)
PRESENTER:... We recently screened an image concerning the golden ratio, and even I was hugely impressed by it. We now have an image about a humming bird. Let us show that, insha’Allah. ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, that would be very good, insha’Allah. PRESENTER: Then we can talk about it.
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes. PRESENTER: If it is ready they can flash it up. ADNAN OKTAR:Look, look, look at that creature. Look at all that hard work. This is something truly splendid. It beats its wings 50-80 times a second. They move at a speed of 90 km/hour. PRESENTER: Amazing. ADNAN OKTAR:It is no bigger than my hand. ADNAN OKTAR:It has the feature of being able to fly upside down, stop still in the air then make a U-turn dive to the ground and suddenly pull out. The animal is like a jet plane. It can fly sideways or upside down, or suddenly stop and pull out of a dive. Masha’Allah. The calorie it uses in a day is the equivalent to what a human being would receive from 1300 hamburgers. PRESENTER:Effort... ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, stunning. Scientists say that if we were to expend an equivalent amount of energy our hearts would beat 1260 times a minute and our body temperatures would rise to 385 degrees. In other words, a human being would just burn up, they say. ADNAN OKTAR:They are very sweet creatures. And really tiny.
PRESENTER: And it can perform all kinds of maneuvers.
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes. Masha’Allah. They are highly atttractive, too. Masha’Allah. PRESENTER:Very interesting. ADNAN OKTAR:Masha’Allah. 18- THE SPIDER ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON TEMPO TV (3 March 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR:... the spider is a marvelous animal, of course. Really astonishing. It produces a different silk for every activity. That is how Almighty Allah has ordained it. ADNAN OKTAR: Look how it says that in spinning its web a garden spider uses silk with 4-5 different properties. These include threads the spider climbs up and down, as if on an elevator and uses as a bridge, and the basic web silk that represents the skeleton of the structure and is much thicker and stronger. ADNAN OKTAR: Then there are the sticky threads that make it possible to trap the prey, which have properties all their own. These are all secreted separately but inside the spider’s body. Then we have the threads and bind the branches of the web together and also thread that connects two separate webs. ADNAN OKTAR:That is also secreted separately. Then there are the threads used to wrap the prey up once it is caught. There are the threads used to make the spider’s own nest, and also those that constitute the egg sacs and threads that protect the baby spiders from external dangers. ADNAN OKTAR:Now the animal knows for which purpose every each thread is used respectively. It says this one is for the web, and uses it accordingly. Then it uses different silks to climb up and down, to build the web skeleton, to catch its prey, to wrap it up, to build its nest and for the egg sacs. A normal human being would have difficulty doing all that. PRESENTER: Absolutely. ADNAN OKTAR:Look at this photo of a spider’s web. Notice the parallelism. PRESENTER: It is true, there is… ADNAN OKTAR: There are gaps between the fibers. Everything is very regular. Then it comes and squats in the middle. It is very clever, in other words. And the web is so detailed. Just notice the parallelism in the cross-struts. PRESENTER: There must be something mathematical here, some kind of measure. ADNAN OKTAR: Of course, it takes the very greatest care in making them all the same. For example, this... PRESENTER: Something to ensure stability… ADNAN OKTAR: In the same way that the branches of a tree are arranged so as not to snap off in a storm. The spiders exhibit the same parallelism. We could never make anything so regular if we were given the silk. We could never put the cross-struts in, as these are put in where they touch. Bonds are established to hold them all together, in other words. PRESENTER: There is architectural artistry. ADNAN OKTAR: Of course this needs a very good technology. Imagine that human beings were spiders and that you told them to build these links in such a parallel way. And yet the animal constructs it all so fast. That is very significant. As if it were putting it all together by hand. It works with such expertise, so easily. ADNAN OKTAR: It is a miracle in that respect. The world of the spider is a totally different one. The creature is even cleverer than that. It weaves itself a web like an umbrella and throws it over the prey when it sees it, thus smothering it. So this is a spider with a trap. It traps its prey and then it goes and wraps the prey up. It, for instance, watches it. A system has been established whereby it traps it by the head. The trapdoor spider, this is. It knows the prey cannot escape. No human being could do this, like a fisherman catching prey, in the absence of an extraordinary intelligence and reason. You know the trouble we have in even catching a fly. The fly does not let itself be caught easily, but these creatures have no chance of escaping the spider, once they are caught in the web, that is that. ADNAN OKTAR: And the animal makes its web so robust, masha’Allah. The Dupont company has produced various artificial threads on the basis of the chemical formulae in spider silk by determining the molecular sequences in the molecules constituting the silk. This product, known as Kevlar, is the most advanced organic fiber produced artificially so far to date. As you know, it is used in the production of protective gear for the military and police. It is a bullet-proof material. ADNAN OKTAR:Look, the spider knows this, but human beings do not. It is such a strong material. Kevlar has shock-absorbing properties, thanks to which it reduces the force of impact of the bullet. This is a highly significant development in terms of technology, and also a most useful one. Because it is very light. But despite all these superior features, Kevlar fiber is only one-third as shock-absorbent as spider silk. Look, the spider makes it more perfectly, in other words, human beings are unable to replicate it. ADNAN OKTAR: This file alone is full of marvels concerning the spider. ADNAN OKTAR: There is no end to them, masha’Allah. PRESENTER: There are true marvels in all animals; there is the way that ants can carry many times their own weight, or the way bees navigate. But what counts is to be able to see them. ADNAN OKTAR: Masha’Allah
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KRAL KARADENIZ TV (20 February 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: The spider, of course, is a very delightful animal. It has a silk for all occasions, as you know. Allah gave it the requisite silk quality. It uses one thread for building the web and another for wrapping its prey up. Not just one thread, in other words. Many people have seen them descending on their threads. And then they suddenly begin climbing up again. Look, it is secreting its silk. The silk is liquid in state when it is first secreted. It should normally break as a liquid, but it then freezes as soon as it emerges. This is something very odd, how it suddenly solidifies, as soon as it appears. If it were a liquid it could not bear the animal’s weight, and it would fall off. But since it solidifies as soon as it emerges the result is a thread as strong as steel and highly reliable. If it perceives a danger it starts climbing back up again, using the same thread. It climbs up by consuming the thread. What a speed!...
19- SHADOW; ONE EXAMPLE OF ALLAH’S ARTISTRY OF DETAIL ADNAN OKTAR’S KANAL 35 INTERVIEW (1 February 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: This is such a powerful artistry. Shadow is created separately, and light is created separately. That is set out in the Qur’an. Shadow is created separately. People imagine that shadow forms because of light, but they are created separately. Allah creates light and shadow separately. Shadow is an independent artistry of Allah. The shape of an object is determined by shadow. The result would be something very different if there were no shadow. The perception of depth and many other beauties are due to shadow, in other words. Otherwise there would be just one flat plane. It would be useful for this to be generally borne in mind. But forgetting it is no crime either, to forget is human. But it is a crime to forget Allah. We must never forget Him. We must always know that Allah creates all things. 20- THE MIRACLE OF TALKING BIRDS
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KANAL 35 (1 February 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR:It clearly talks, its brain is so small, it talks with its petite body. For instance, a person can not imitate the sound of a phone, it imitates perfectly well, it imitates ringing of a door bell. It has to line up the letters in a conversation as a, b, c, that is it has to line align them one by one. Not only the animal talks, but it also imitates the tone and the style of the voice. If it were a theatrical performer, he would have difficulty in making this. The animal makes it just the same. Whoever it hears from, he makes it just the same. It requires an enormous force and a great intelligence. They see it worthless. This is very extraordinary, there is a bird clearly talking in subject.
ADNAN OKTAR: If they say that a bird began talking, people would be speechless, they would be baffled. The animal talks openly, they find it ordinary. For instance, there is the sound of a fork falling and it makes it just the same. Or a voice on the phone, a melody it can bring that sound out excellently. It forms long sentences. It gives half answers to almost every issue.
ADNAN OKTAR: For instance, you ask how are you and it replies I am fine. This is not something to be passed off. For this it requires a working mind, it needs to think and plan and then align the letters one by one. Moreover the animal has no vocal cords. That is to say, the animal lacks the equipment existing in man to talk. But it talks perfectly. PRESENTER: Very cute. ADNAN OKTAR: This cute creature makes imitations that one can not image. It is very talented. Do not be deceived by its innocent looks, it is magnificently intelligent. It makes unconceivable imitations. PRESENTER: Does it imitate when it sees them? ADNAN OKTAR: No, it makes just the same. ADNAN OKTAR: See, this is another imitation. ADNAN OKTAR:It imitates shutter release, do you see? ADNAN OKTAR: It imitates the sound of taking photograph. It makes car alarm sound. I will get this cute creature and bite its beak. PRESENTER:Could you look at this beauty? ADNAN OKTAR: Do you see that it imitates the sound of an electrical saw? Yes, the cutting sound and everything. It has got it all. If you tell a man to make those imitations, he would be incapable. This is beyond aligning letters, this is a clear miracle. For instance both those birds and parrots they plainly talk. They line up letters and talk. They have no vocal cord in the throat. Man has vocal cords, but parrots don’t. But they talk perfectly well, fluently. ADNAN OKTAR: They will just as so in the heaven with all their cuteness and splendor. Here you see yet again the magnificence of its colors. This is an art and creation of Allah. But in the heaven they will be intelligent, will talk excellently. When you say how are you, it says I am fine, how are you. These cute creatures will say thanks be to Allah. They will be so sweet. But here they look at you naively, like a bird. In this world their connection with people is not allowed. Prophet Solomon (as) knew at his time, he could get in contact with them.
21 - MARINE LIFE FORMS
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON VATAN TV (2 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, these are very small marine life forms. PRESENTER:Do they have a name, or have they not yet been identified? ADNAN OKTAR:They have names, various names. PRESENTER:Yes, viewers. We have cited a number of examples of bird species and marine life forms so carefully prepared by Adnan Hodja.
22- THE MIRACLE IN THE SNOWFLAKE
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON VATAN TV (2 April 2009) PRESENTER:What is this? ADNAN OKTAR:It is also a snowflake… PRESENTER:Does every snowflake come in a different shape? ADNAN OKTAR:They are all different. Not one resembles any other. Look... ADNAN OKTAR: The way that no snowflake is the same as any other is a great miracle and the artistry of Allah. PRESENTER:These are snowflakes, magnified several times, presumably photographs. ADNAN OKTAR:They are around 1 cm across. I could show many, many examples. Let me show a few more. PRESENTER:Yes, another example of a snowflake.
ADNAN OKTAR: Look, it is as if it were made out of crystal. It is incredibly regular, with whatever is on one side also being on the other. PRESENTER:Can we say there are an infinite number of snowflakes all different from one another? ADNAN OKTAR: Each one is different, and that is a great miracle. The wisdom of Allah. In the same way that all human beings look different, so no snow flake is the same with any other. PRESENTER:There are resemblances between people, albeit slight ones. But their finger prints still differ. I guess it is something like that. ADNAN OKTAR:It is approximately like that, but they do not resemble one another exactly. This is, for instance, another adornment.
23- INSTINCT
ADNAN OKTAR'S LIVE INTERVIEW ON KACKAR TV (29 January 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR:Instinct; its real name is inspiration, of course. It is Allah’s revelation. Allah placed such a code in their souls. That code is total revelation; it is Allah’s inspiration in them. For example, one can see unbelievably intelligent properties in ants. One can see breathtaking intelligent characteristics in the spider, features absent from human beings. They possess an ability lacking in human beings. Bees have an intelligence far, far more advanced than that in human beings, in some matter, some superior features. This of course comes about by revelation. Allah has made this crystal clear in the Qur’an. He says, (I take refuge in Allah from satan), that He has revealed things to the honey bee, meaning He reveals things to all living entities.
24- RELIGIOUS SCIENTISTS AND ARTISTS
ADNAN OKTAR’S LIVE INTERVIEW ON CAY TV (15 April 2009)
ADNAN OKTAR: Allah manifests His existence in all its might and glory. For example, He has created the entire universe of a proportion of 1.6. That is known as the golden ratio. We see it wherever we look. He has created everywhere with a glorious mathematical system. Scientists also look and see Allah everywhere in the universal system, and they all believe. Let me give a few examples. The famous German physicist Max Planck developed Quantum Theory. He discovered Planck’s light quanta through his own research into the laws of thermodynamics. He is very famous. I can even describe him as the founder of modern physics. Together with Einstein. Look what he says: “Anyone who takes a serious interest in science, in whatever field, will read this inscription on the temple of science; ‘Have faith. Faith is an indispensable quality for scientists’.” Who says that? Max Planck, the founder of modern physics. Musicians and artists are all lovers of Allah. Mozart, for instance, the famous composer Mozart. “No matter how odd God’s creation may appear, it is absolutely for the best. No doctor, person or accident can give or take life. Only God gives and takes life.” Look how he says that no doctor or anyone else can give or take life. “Let us surrender entirely for God’s approval” he says. What an excellent style. “Let us surrender entirely for God’s approval, for that is the best thing for us. What God creates is the most beautiful.” Mozart. People who believe in Allah produce artists, true artists. But look, people like Mozart no longer emerge. Why not? Because people are raised as atheists and Darwinists. Albert Einstein, for instance, one of the two founders of modern physics, says: “I cannot imagine a true scientist who has no profound faith. We can express the position thus. A science with no religion is lame.” He says: “Everyone seriously engaged in science is convinced of the existence of a spirit in the laws of nature, that there is a spirit superior to human beings, in other words of the existence of God. That is why engaging in science leads the way to religion.” He brings it round to belief in Allah, he says. ADNAN OKTAR:Yes, of course. As you know, Keppler was one of the founders of astronomy. “Since, according to the book of nature, we astronomers are the priests of Almighty God, we must talk of His glory.” Genuine physicists, scientists and researchers all believe in Allah. Newton, the famous Newton, is one of the best known scientists of all times, as you know. But look how he talks like a mystic. “God is eternal and absolute, His power is unbounded, and He knows all things. His existence is eternal and He rules all things. He knows all that has been done and that will be done. He is infinite and eternal; His being and existence are infinite and eternal. He exists in all places. Through His existence in all times and places, He creates all times and spaces. We recognize Him through His rational and most perfect mastery, and we respect and believe in Him as His servants.” Look, hundreds of scientists, not just one or two, share the same opinion. All rational scientists are lovers of Allah. That is why, I take refuge in Allah from satan, Allah says in the Qur’an that all those possessed of knowledge fear Him. People who research and investigate. For example, someone looks at the structure of chromosomes and is amazed, and has faith. Someone else looks at space and believes. For instance, the erstwhile notorious British atheist Anthony Flew. Everyone knows him, all the intellectual types and the Turkish public. “DNA research shows the Creator behind creation,” he says. Look, he came to see the existence of Allah from DNA. From the DNA in the cell. “DNA research shows the Creator behind creation.” Research by biologists shows an almost unbelievable sequencing in DNA, because it has such a glorious structure. Imagine a giant library, a huge official state library; this library is filled in a single DNA. In other words, all the information is of a mathematical regularity. It is technically impossible for that to come about by chance. Let us imagine we take four buckets, fill them up with plastic letters and scatter them around on the street and that the result is an encyclopedia’s worth of information. That is just as impossible as it is for DNA to form by chance. In other words, it is impossible to produce an encyclopedia by randomly scattering letters around, and it is equally impossible for DNA to form by chance. People come to believe when they see this. The unbelievable sequence in DNA, this incredible sequence, its absolute necessity for life to exist, makes the existence of a Creator essential. There is no other possibility than the absolute existence of Allah. It can only be explained by the existence of Allah. He says that people may previously have been influenced by him, may have been atheists with no religion. He says he will do all he can to make good the damage he has done. He says he will try to rectify his shame before Allah. For example, Francis Collins, the director of the Human Genome Project, came to believe in Allah by way of the information about DNA he obtained within the framework of that project. Look what he says about his assuming responsibility for the project: “This was a task given me by Allah.” Masha’Allah, look at this heroic brother of ours. This is what he says about other scientists: “Many scientists believe in Allah but prefer to remain silent on the subject.” That is what we see in Turkey, too. “Many scientists believe in Allah but prefer to remain silent on the subject, out of a worry about what people will think. I was once an atheist, too, but I was amazed by the proofs of Allah’s existence I found in nature.” Almighty Allah says in one verse that wherever you look you will see His proofs, and that there is no end to them. Neither can you ever come to the end of Allah’s blessings if you count them in whole groups or blocs, He says. These are rational people come to believe in Allah when they see these, masha’Allah.
