Presenter: Do you think co-existence is possible in Syria?
Luca Steinmann: Syria is a country made out by seventy different confessions and ethnicities that have always been coexisting for the entire Syrian history until the break out of this war. In Syria, there are different confessions, as said, Sunni, Shia, Christians, Alawite people so it is also an important question for all of us. If they will be able to coexist, then they will show us that these confessions and these groups can coexist also in other parts of the Middle East and in other parts of the world and in Europe as well.
