Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Conversation on A9TV dated February 6th, 2016

ADNAN OKTAR: Al-Ghawth al-A'zam [the Supreme Helper] Shah Abdul-Qadir Gilani says: "Hypocrites are the servants of satan in human and Muslim disguise." In other words, they are directly the soldiers of satan. "They can only be recognized through the foresight of the Qur’an, insight of faith, and guidance of prophets." It is really difficult to recognize them. "The real talent does not lie in recognizing the believer or unbeliever, it lies in recognizing the hypocrite, and introducing them to the public and warning them about these sick, detrimental people who has many subordinates and protectors among the community." He also mentions their supporters. "They have many subordinates," he says, implying some people might admire and follow them without realizing their true identities. And what's more is that they also have guardians, protectors, dishonest people who share the same mentality. These people give moral support to and stand by the hypocrites. "Hypocrites have many subordinates and protectors," Gilani says, meaning guardians and those who follow them. For this reason, hypocrites are not alone. For example, when one commits foul deeds and abandons Muslims, he turns to an already existing hypocrite community. A hypocrite always has a crew that will watch over and look after him. But he hates them as much as they hate him.

Al-Ghawth al-A'zam Shah Abdul-Qadir Gilani. Abdul-Qadir Gilani is not a sheik, he is a Shah. Because sheik means a mentor who is affiliated with a sect, who is in line of succession of a sect. Shah is someone who establishes a sect from scratch, who forms a new sect. For example Shah Naqshband, Shah Abdul-Qadir Gilani. Shah Abdul-Qadir Gilani founded the Qadiri order, as you know. Shah Naqshband founded the Naqshbandi order. This is why they were given the title of “Shah.”
